Wiki Colectomy and small bowel resection

Our doctor performed a partial colectomy as well as small bowel enterotomies. The issue is that ALL transected bowel was left disconnected. What code should I use? Would this be a case of an unlisted code and, if so, which unlisted code should I use - the one for colon or small bowel? Thanks in advance!
