Wiki collecting POC blood saturation samples

has anyone billed for this in the cathlab setting? My understanding is that the dr.will be collecting 4 POC blood saturation samples, 2 from the external jugular and 2 from the internal jugular. Is the code 82803 and is it even payable? Any help would be appreciated.
