I know this is the wrong section for this but I'm hoping if anyone has some medical collection agency company recommendations that they use for dermatology or I guess that are hipaa compliant.
 
When I worked in a Uro office I used a company called Transworkd Systems Inc - Greenflag Collections. Very professional, and they have a full internet interface so you can track all of your accounts online. They also offer collections for insurance companies that are slow to respond to claims or are denying claims that should be paid.

I used them for several yars and never had an issue with them, and they had a good recovery rate which was most important!
