Wiki colon resection question

Provider did a laparoscopic low anterior resection (44204) for diverticulitis. At the same time he did an ileocolic resection (44205 w/59 modifier) for Crohn's disease. Everything is telling me I can't bill both. Provider insists since they were different areas of the colon that were removed and different diagnoses for each part that he should be paid for both. Any suggestions how to get around an edit?

LAp Low Anterior Colon Resection is 44207 not 44204 but the 44205 will bundle and cannot be unbundled so that is all you can bill
