My doc wants to bill rigid proctoscope for visualization of lesion tatoo and flex proctoscope for visualization of ana stomosis after a low lap colon resection 45300,45330,44207.. I don't think i can, but want to confirm
 
You are correct that you cannot bill the scopes when they are part of a larger surgical procedure. This comes from the CCI rules.
