Wiki Colonoscopies/egd with propofol deep sedation

Can someone help me with this, my providers are being asked to administer anesthesia for all the colonoscopies/egd's because the surgeon is using
propofol. In an article with ASA this is what they say:

Because sedation is a continuum, it is not always possible to predict how an individual patient
will respond. Due to the potential for rapid, profound changes in sedative/anesthetic depth and
the lack of antagonist medications, agents such as propofol require special attention. Even if
moderate sedation is intended, patients receiving propofol should receive care consistent with that
required for deep sedation.

So here is my problem, this is deep sedation, not Moderate or General, the only modifier is the G8, but that one you can only use certain
CPT codes (not 00810 and 00740) So does anybody else know how I can code this so it is understood that it is deep sedation?

TIVA just indicates that the drugs were administered intravenously rather than via inhalation. The sedation type can still be either general or MAC depending on the dosage/type.
