When coding a 45390, if the area is tattooed after removal of polyp, can I use a 45381 for that injection or is it included in the 45390? Thanks. 🙂

If the area is tattooed then I bill 45381 in addition to 45385/45380. If the area is injected w/a solution to help the removal of the polyp, I only code 45385/45380.
