Wiki Colonoscopy and Discharge charge same day

The provider charged for a colonoscopy and a discharge (99238) on the same day.

These are the cahrges:
day 1 patient admitted to hopsital, h&p 99222, decision for colonoscopy made for next morning
day 2 provider charged 99232, no new dx, and colonoscopy done. I deleted the 99232 since no new dx and decision for procedure was made on day 1
day 2 provider charged 99238 for discharge after the colonoscopy. no new problems...

I'm thinking both the 99232 and the 99238 need to be deleted and only
99222
45378
should be charged. Am I correct on this?
