Does anyone have a handout that they provide to patients that explain the different types of colonoscopies and guidance for the patient to understand their financial responsibility?
 
We have the patient sign a form when scheduling their procedure that states they may get up to 4 bills from our office. Professional fee, facility fee, pathology, and anesthesia.
