We are doing a routine colon on a patient because they have metastatic neuro endocrine tumor and we are trying to r/o primary gi tract. How would you dx code this?

Do not use 199.1 for the unknown primary.
With a neuroendocrine tumor use 209.20. The met will also be a code from the 209.7* category.
As for the V code... it would depend on if it was ordered/documented as a screening or a diagnostic colonoscopy.
