Hello, this patient is undergoing a Heart Transplant and is to have a Colonoscopy
scheduled before surgery as part of a heart transplant evaluation
Pt was found to have polyps in Cecum and descending colon and removed by snare tech, (polypectomy)
How would this be coded...
