I was wondering if I can bill a 45385 with a 45381 tatooing in same area with a Mod 59 as a second Mod? so it would look like
45381,
45385,33,59
45380,33,59
He removed multi polyps by different tech snare and forceps
does this look right? I am having trouble getting it paid. any ideas? thanks
 
If this was scheduled as screening I would code as follows

45385 33
45380 59 33
45381

If it was not scheduled as screening I would omit 33 modifier
