Wiki Colonoscopy sedation drugs billable?

Hello-
Are the sedation drugs used in colonoscopy procedures separately billable? (Fentanyl & Versed) Since conscious sedation is included in the colonoscopy codes I thought the drugs were not separately billable. Or is it just the administration/monitoring that is not separately billable?

(anesthesiologist services are not used in the scenarios that I am referring to)
