Colonoscopy thru to distal sm bowel

My doc did a colonoscopy with bx on a pt with Crohn's Disease and advanced the scope into the distal small bowel where he also took multiple bx. All the small bowel codes indicate accessing the small bowel during an EGD. Is there an additional code I should add to the 45380 to indicate the additional work and location change to small bowel? Thanks
