I have a surgery in which an foreign object was inserted into the abdomen by the patient. The MD found a tear in the serosa. Is this 44604 for repair?

Also, the MD found injury to the colon x2, a through and through entry with this pencil. The colotomies were repaired with sutures...in 2 layers, both in the anterior and the posterior region. Then washed out the abd....What is the code for repairing the two colomies with no mention of stomas?
