I am working in a family practice with 5 providers. 2 of our providers are wanting to add new procedures to our practice. I've never coded for any of these two procedures. The Colposcopy code without scope is 57461. The LEEP procedure with scope is 57522. Is this correct? What happens if a cervical biopsy is needed and what code should be used? What modifiers if any should I use, 51?

Desperate!! :confused:
