Hi. I just started doing a new provider's charges and I'm not familiar with the rules of some of the stuff he's billing. I've spent the last half hour googling so I'm hoping someone here can help! :)
My provider is billing a 57460 and also 64435 for the nerve block. Can these be billed together with a modifier, or is the nerve block bundled into the 57460 procedure? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
