Does 410.10 cover acute anterior myocardial infarction complicated by hypotension or should I code the hypotension as well?
 
Hi, I don't know if this well help you at all since it is old information, but it could enlighten the path to verify whether or not to assign a code from the 458 series. See p. 2 and 3. There must be some updated information from CPT Assistant but do not have access at this time. This is not my specialty, but am very much interested in correct followup.
