I am curious what the majority of oncologists bill for their EM follow up visits? Do any of you compare to a bell curve? Are the majority of visits mid level (99213) or are they more commonly 99215's?
 
It depends on the documentation and what the visit is for. If they are there strictly for treatment/procedure, they would get the procedure not the E/M.
