Examination under anesthesia, Patient went in for a hydrocelectomy, but on examination it was completely reduced. So it was in fact an inguinal hernia, they then decided to wake the patient to inform them of findings.
Honestly I am not entirely sure 55899 is the right code, but that is all I have been able to come up with. I just need other opinions and recommendations on comp codes.
