I am a out pt coder and i have a ??

I have a dilemma in my office one person says to code compatible with , another says code conistent with ?? HELP

I know i cannot code suspected, rule out, possible probably, questionable, , just sign and symptoms unless states other wise
 
If the document in the outpatient visit states "consistent with" and is not sure about the diagnosis, we can code sign, symptoms or the reason for the visit.
