Ultrasound examination of the left-sided axillary / bi-FEM vascular graft. Patent arterial flow is seen within visualized segment of the native left subclavian artery. Selected images throughout the length of the bypass graft including proximal anastomosis, axilla, left flank region, lower abdomen and pelvis, up to the point of anastomosis with the common femoral arteries shows no flow. Patent arterial flow is seen bilateral CFA's adjacent to the anastomosis.

Is 76999 all we can hope for?

Thanks!
