Wiki Complete Loss-Epicondyle Scraping??

medial and lateral epicondylitis------Each epicondyle injected with Marcaine, then scraped with an #18 guage needle to stimulate bleeding.

Completely lost for how to code this procedure. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
