Based off this documentation would you consider this a complete, partial or an avulsion?

Documentation states male presents with traumatic amputation of left distal index finger.

Exam - musculoskeletal - left index: traumatic amputation involving the DIP and dorsal aspect of the distal finger.

XR indications - there is soft tissue defect from amputation at the distal tip of the second distal phalanx
Impression- soft tissue amputation distal tip of the second digit with associated complex fracture of the second distal phalanx as above.

Laceration repair - simple - muscle damage and underlying fracture - closed with 2 simple sutures
Dressing - Bulky dressing

No exposed bone
