I am looking for documentation that outlines if I need one or two or more dx codes for a complex cataract 66982. I was trained that I need 2 codes but because I question everything so I completely understand it, I am trying to find documentation that talks about this. Does anyone have a resource? I have tried CPT, ICD-10, Codify, Coding Coach. Thanks
