Can I use the same moderate MDM the provider used to bill a 99214 to support the 99487 (first 60 minutes of clinical staff time for complex care management) in the same month? I'm confused about this MDM aspect of billing for Complex Care Management and I feel like it is double dipping. I cannot seem to find a clear answer regarding this.
