1. When an encounter has an acute problem AND a self-limiting problem or TWO acute problems, what level of complexity is selected?
2. Please define consult/referral with no elaboration and consult/referral required for consideration of treatment option.
3. Where does an acute problem WORSENING fall in the complexity selection?
