Wondering about box a under Complexity, Problems to Exam Physician,
self limited or minor
Est prob stable 1pt
Est prob worsening 2pt
New problem no work up 3pt
New problem with work up 4pt
ok you have these issues and say the person has Pulmonary Embolism and Heart Failure, Can i use the Embolism under est prob worsening and the heart failure under est prob stable, do i only get to use the "main problem" in that box.
2nd question: how is everyone dealing with the word unremarkable in the exam... are you telling DRs no, or allowing it? We try to steer them away from that word, but wondering if there is any documentation supporting either way.
