Hello, is anyone willing to share a template (blank) version of their Physician Audit compliance audit summaries/memos that they use when concluding an audit? I'm in the midst of updating/renovating ours and would love some ideas. Thank you!
 
I don't have a specific template (as every audit is different), but we start out the executive summary document with the first paragraph communicating our department's mission statement.
Then we describe the audit we performed..... who, what, timeframe of audit, and why.
We give the good news/bad news in a brief paragraph...... then additional paragraphs to discuss the discrete findings, regulatory guidance references (never our opinion), and our recommendations.
The final paragraph thanks everyone for their participation, and a reference to the spreadsheet for rebilling (if any).
