Good morning. I'm in compliance and my boss, the Compliance Officer, wants to refresh the Compliance Committee. The original agenda structure was set up years ago and we find we repeat a lot of information from other commmittee meetings i.e. delegation, SIU, data analysis etc. We have all department directors and senior management on the committee. Currently, all departments just give an overview of any compliance issues related to their tasks.

Who here is on a Compliance Committee and willing to share what you discuss or the structure? How do you keep the agenda appealing?
