I am in search of a compliance hotline vendor for a growing medical group. The number of employees is in the range of 750-1,250. Any recommendations?
 
Hello AmyTang,

With a previous company I have used Navex Global. We had multiple locations and I liked that they answered the phones 24/7 and could provide a line for us. I would recommend you demo a few to make sure you are getting one that will match your needs. There is ComplianceLine, Compliance Resource and IntegrityLine. Be thinking about if you want the 24/7 phone line to be answered by a live-person and if you want/need a web-based reporting mechanism as well. Hope that helps if you haven't found one already!
