Does anyone have a reference that outlines the essential elements included in a compliance plan as defined in the health care reform? I have tried several sources without success.

I've read that the provision requiring compliance plans states that the guidelines are to be developed by the Secretary, and that they will most likely mirror the OIG's original compliance plan guidance published here: http://oig.hhs.gov/authorities/docs/physician.pdf
