Hello All,

I need help in coding a couple of procedure with modifiers.
Patient came in and had a LEEP procedure done.
Came back after hours for excessive bleeding which our provider spent 40 minutes on.
Sent her to the ER where he stopped the bleeding and admitted overnight.
LEEP procedure is no problem. I need help with the after hours office visit and then the ER.
