Wiki complication during cataract surgery

Hi all,

A patient came into our ASC for Cataract Surgery. During the procedure the patient began thrashing his head back and forth, thus causing a rupture of the posterior capsule necessitating an Anterior Vitrectomy. The lens was placed without complication. Would it be appropriate to bill for the vitrectomy in addition to the Cataract Surgery?

Thank you for your help.
