Good morning everyone, how would you code, need a dx code, dr.s final dx IUP/small amount of rupture, dr did a pelvic exam and in the exam portion of the hpi he has cervix open 1cm so what is the dx code, can I use incompetent cervix?..thanks any and all help would be appreciated..alice
