Can someone explain the difference to me between

L76.82 (other post procedural complications of skin and subcutaneous tissue)
T81.89X- (other complication of procedure, not elsewhere classified)

I am trying to figure out how to code a "Non healing surgical wound" and I've come across to use T81.89X- but then do I use the L76.82 as the secondary code. When would it be appropriate to only use L76.82?
