Does anyone have experience billing pump refills with compound drugs to medicare using the J3490 code. I am having quite a difficult time getting the compound drugs paid. They will pay the visit and the pump 62369 code but even when i indicate what is in the compound drug and the units i am still getting a denial. Can anyone help with this.
