So what would actually be considered a Compound Drug?

My doctor usually uses the following for Pain Pump Refills:
Hydromorphone - XXmg + Bupivicaine - XXmg + Sodium Chloride + Sterile Water

I know the Sodium Chloride & Sterile Water are inclusive, would the Hydromorphone & Bupivicaine be considered a compound drug or would there have to be another drug such as maybe Clonidine added to be considered a Compound Drug.

Might need to confirm with the individual that is preparing to indicate if these are be drawn from a vial or this meets the definition of drug compound mixture.
