How would you bill for the following codes compound drug 20 mls :

Bupivacaine 25 mg
Prialt 0.025 mg
 
first you need to find the J code that corresponds to the drug given intrathecally, and see how the J code lists it. Prialt is a drug administer via an indwelling intrathecal catheter. If the J code is listed in mg then you will need to convert it to ml to see how many units to bill for.
