Concurrent Chemotherapy

I know that you can only charge one therapeutic concurrent infusion per date of service, but what if you have concurrent chemotherapies as well as a therapeutic infusion running at the same time?

For Example;
Cyclophosphamide 14:45-15:17
Vincristine 14:37-15:17
Doxorubicin 14:26-14:30
Rituximab 11:37-15:17
Palonosetron 14:22-15:17

I was thinking 96413, 96415x3 for the Rituximab, 96549x2 for the concurrent Cyclophosphamide and Vincristine, 96411 for the Doxorubicin IVP, and 96368 for the Palonosetron concurrent therapeutic infusion, but I haven't exactly come across so many drugs running at the same time. Thoughts?
