Scenario: Drug A runs from 1-3, Drug B runs from 1-3

Drug A you get 96365 and 96366x1

Drug B you get concurrent 96368, what about the second hour of Drug B, could an another additional same substance be billed for that second conucurrent hour since the first has been charged for?

The 96368 is not a time based code by CPT description and a 2nd hour is not billable when performed. It simply allows for billing a drug that is of a different type with another type of drug. Just as a side note, drugs running IV-piggyback are not considered concurrent drug runs.

It is very, very unusual for two therapeutic drugs to not be run piggyback. Typically a 96368 (therapeutic drug) is run concurrent with chemotherapy drugs at the same time.
