Please help. pt had thyroid cancer, fever and chemo drug induced agranulocytosis. Instruction stated codes as:
1) D70.1

2) T45.1X5A

3) C73

4) R50.81

If I have not scared you off, my question is why is the fever coded with fever classified elsewhere and not fever of unknown origin??
