HELP ... DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE ICD 9 CODE WOULD BE FOR THE CONDRAL FISSURE? WOULD THIS FAIL UNDER A STRAIN/SPRAIN OR MAYBE CHONDROMALACIA OF PATELLA(717.7)
