I understand this is a rare tumor. It is a malignant sarcoma, an atrial tumor. If look up sarcoma, hemangioendotheial and epithithelioid cell it directs you to Neoplasm, connective tissue, malignant.
But that is where I see that 'Atria' is not on the list and you are told to code to Neoplasm of that site, which is 164.1
Am I following the directions as you would? I want to advise the provider that 238.9 is not the code to use going forward. I have gone over this a couple of times and want to be certain that my advice is solid.
Input appreciated.

Sarcoma 2nd opinion

2nd opinion, just asking again for another look at this atrial tumor.
The neoplasm directions in the box take you out of the Connective tissue list.
