I know I am getting so confused on which code to use for complete removal of tubes, but not ovaries for permanent sterilization. My docs are cutting tube at the uterus & leaving the ovaries. I can't find a whole lot of information on the internet. The confusion is whether to use CPT 58661 or 58670. Conflicting info out there. Can anyone help!!!:confused:
