Hello!

I am having issues with pediatric cardiologist wanting to bill congenital echo 93303 before knowing whether it's an actual congenital diagnosis or not.

1. Anyone getting denials because 93303 will not pay if non-congenital diagnosis is used?
2. Can anyone define "congenital" per icd-10 guidelines (i know websters) some physicians can't even agree on whether a heart murmur would be considered congenital or not.
