If the doctor did an excision of the pinguecula and a conjunctivoplasty with an amniotic membrane transplant--would that be coded with 68326 conjunctivoplasty reconstruction cul-de-sac or would it fall under 65780 ocular reconstruction with amniotic membrane transplant?
