If the same Doctor provide the conscious sedation and procedure, I know i need to use 99143-99144 . What about if the Doctor did the conscious but the procedure is unsuccessful. After 30 mins. another Doctor came to do the procedure. Should i still use the 99143-99144? Please help!! thanks
