I have a Medicare consolidated billing question:

I know with certain services that are done in the office for a patient staying at a skilled nursing facility, we can bill the nursing facility.

What if the patient is having home health and Medicare recoups their money? How should we proceed then?

Any advice would be appreciated!

Without knowing what type of practive you are with or what services you would bill to the HHA here is some generic information.
Medicare HHAs are also subject to consolidated billing for :all nursing and therapy services, routine and non routine medical supplies, home health aid, medical social services and a few DME. (refer to the medicare benefit policy adn billing manuals for homecare)
I am not sure what you are providing in the office that would fall into this category. If you are porviding say, wound care, just ensure the pt is coming into the office on a day homecare is not schedualed. The HHA appreciates offices asssiting in coordinating patient care.
