Good evening AAPC'ers. I am looking for a link to the 2013 SNF and HH Consolidated Billing Codes List. I have researched CMS and all I can find is a list of codes that CAN be billed in an episode of care. I am looking for the list of codes that CANT be billing in an episode of care.
